The verification email did not arrive
Section titled “The verification email did not arrive”Check your spam folder, then request a new one from the login page. The email goes to the address you signed up with. If it still does not arrive, contact us.
My payment is not confirmed
Section titled “My payment is not confirmed”Open Subscription and click Check status on that order. Transfers and retail store payments sometimes take a few minutes to arrive. An order that is not paid before its deadline expires, and you can create a new one.
Why is a feature locked?
Section titled “Why is a feature locked?”Some features exist only on certain plans. A locked page shows the plan you need and a button to see the plans. Your data stays safe.
Is my data safe if my subscription ends?
Section titled “Is my data safe if my subscription ends?”Yes. After the subscription ends there is a 1-day grace period, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted and stays usable within the Free limits. An ended trial also moves straight to the Free plan.
Can I use it on my phone?
Section titled “Can I use it on my phone?”Yes. Open Vaulty in your phone’s browser and choose install app (or add to home screen). A hint card is in Settings.
Can I use it with my family?
Section titled “Can I use it with my family?”Yes, on the Family plan: invite members (up to 5 users) and set each member’s role.
